This is a really good Vegan cooking book, at the beginning of the book it has information on substitutes for everything, from milk to eggs and other extremely helpful information. And then there are the recipes, while alot of them are seriously vegan like "wholemeal flour" etc. its things you can easily change.
Overall its a great book and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to do some vegan baking. Plus if you do some baking from this and give it to meat eaters, heck they won't know the difference ;).

I bought this as soon began a vegan lifestyle and it has been an absolute godsend!!
I now even use primarily these recipe when I cater for functions and no one seems notice any negative difference! They just comment how luscious the food is. The recipes for the two strudels; Chocolate and Cherry and everyone's favourite, Apple are just scrumptious. My children just love them!!
Even the chai recipe she gives is just lush!!
And I with so many people who are having to follow a DAIRY FREE or EGG FREE diet, the recipes automatically accommodates their needs so easily.
This is one of the best vegan baking books I have ever read, and I have read many! The variety of recipes, the simple instructions, and best of all - the DELICIOUS results - are impressive. There isn't anything that I have made from this book that I haven't enjoyed eating or making. Highly recommended for vegans and omnis alike!

this is a great vegan friendly cookbook, and is definitely a must have for anyone who enjoys baking without eggs. for those who thought that egg free recipes dont have the same taste, you are mistaken and this book will prove that too you! these recipes are all great tasting, and because the have no eggs in them they will appeal to a lot more people!
