About the Author

In his early forties but with the vitality and appearance of a much younger man, he now runs a private clinic in London.

That is not an exaggeration. I read this book somewhat skeptically, thinking, Oh, c'mon, another bloody fad endorsed by Gwyneth Paltrow, for heaven's sake. However, after I'd started to read, I found a great deal of sense in what Dr. Joshi says. And I started to detox. I have been on for 26 days now and have lost somewhere around 16 pounds.
A must have read for anyone who is feeling less than 100% healthy. If everyone ate this way, you have to wonder if 1 in 2 of us would end up with Cancer? I sadly doubt it.
