Wow, what a fantastic book! Broken down into different types of cuisine, Jamie puts his usuan spin on classic dishes from Italy, Greece, Spain and even Sweeden (my favourite!) amongst others. Everything looks mouthwatering and within a day of owning the book I had already planned out my menus for the next couple of weeks!. Jamie's paella is divine and am looking forward to trying the Swedish meatballs next, which I'm sure will beat the ones they serve at Ikea hands down!

I had to wait so long for this to finally arrive as I ordered it before it was released in NZ and man was it worth the wait!, such easy, inspiring and delicious recipes!! I love all of Jamies books. Since travelling around Europe and the Middle east, These recipes come a very close second to the real thing, none of this watered down nz flavours twist, this is truely my kitchen bible since I got it.

This is a beautiful looking book with great photos. You get a little bit of a story about Jamie's travels in each country before he presents a series of dishes he learned there. The dishes sound delicious and are not too difficult.
