A great book full of rustic family recipes and some more involved to produce a feast. Tomato sauce, pizzas, duck, quail, pastas, ricotta cheesecake to an awesome Tiramasu. Ideal to accompany the inspiring series. More than just recipe, interesting stories and insights into the culture.
This is a truly beautiful and inspiring cookbook. It brings me back to my childhood as my italian parents also
followed many of the traditions and recipes illustrated in this book. It made me laugh and cry at the same time!
I will treasure this cookbook always, as I love the recipes and the photos are beautiful also.
