John Drane is a renowned biblical scholar who's introduction texts to both the New Testament and the Old Testament, prove to be extremely helpful for any students of theology or even general readers of the bible. Drane examines the most common methodologies for critical interpretation of the Old Testament used by scholars today, while also situating the texts in their ancient Jewish contexts.

A great book for anybody interested in finding out more about the Old Testament!
