This is an amazing book if you are truly interested in the minds of a criminal. The way that Nigel writes a very open and honest book, an easy read, very hard to put down.

Not for the faint-hearted, but a must read for anyone interested in taking a look into the dark side of life. Gives a behind-the-scenes look for anyone preparing to work in the field; a real reality check for what life is like beyond the darklands. PS. Don't lend it out because you won't get it back!!

This book is a must read.
Nigel Latta is a very experienced, shrewd practitioner. His stories and insights are very very perceptive, and his writing syle is a refreshing straight, no pc crap tell it as it really is style.
A very unique aspect is that Nigel is obviously a very passionate and good man, who is not s polite wet lefty softy, but yet has real empathy for his subject.

I could write lots more, but, really -- BUY the BOOK and read it

Good book about how criminals think. Nigel Latta writes in a very straightforward way and his anecdotes are pretty off the wall as far as most peoples experiences are concerned. Easy to read and interesting and I hope he writes a sequel.

Absolutely brilliant book - once I started reading it I couldnt put it down. Really encompasses the true issues that not only perpetrators and victims face but also the professionals in the area. Well written and a must for anyone who works in this type of field, as well as anyone interested in the darkness of humanity.
