Instant Confidencewas an excellent read. It had a compelling that intrigued and excited me. The writing was amazing and clear. I really enjoyed the book. The book left me feeling and satisfied and contented I would recommend this book for all. I have gained an increasing amount of confidence from this book each day.

I found this book very helpful, it corrected some of the negative things that i thought about myself and helped me to focus on the good things in my life. it taught me that happiness doesn't just happen, you have to MAKE IT HAPPEN

The hypnosis track was very helpful, it's something that you need to continue to listen to long after reading the book to stop old habits from re-appearing.

Awesome book - have been listening to the CD most days for a couple of weeks and have noticed a difference already. As he says, you don't have to believe, you only have to listen. Well worth purchasing if you make the time to read the book and listen to the CD as often as possible.
