I just loved this course, and the content of this book!! My son is ADHD and ASD, also a number of other things. I initially did the course to learn how to better parent and understand him, but it has been just as beneficial for the other children I have. I highly recommend this to anyone who has children, with difficulties or not. Our home is now much more peaceful.

If you have children, you need to do this programme! This book accompanies a 14-16 week parenting programme. The book covers everything from playing with your children, praise, time out, limit-setting, and is genuinely a 'how to get your children to listen to you' book! If you cant do the course, you may find this book the next best thing!!! It is positive parenting based - its more about building a relationship with your child based on respect, not fear. Perfect for children with ADHD and ASD and other behaviourial issues, and just as good for every other child! Save your sanity - read this book!
