I saw the Hummingbird Bakery while in London, it was constantly packed, so when I spotted their book in a shop down the road, I bought it right away, best move I ever made! I have cooked most of the recipes in the book and have had success with all of them. Everyone has loved all that has come from this book, the top three being the chocolate banana cupcakes, the gooey chewy brownies, and the peanut butter cookies, always a favourite. I HIGHLY recommend this book, you'll keep it as a go to sweets book forever!
A fabulous book, the cup cake recipes are some of the best I have ever used. All of the recipes are delicious and simple to make. The red velvet cupcakes are to die for!
The jewel in the crown of cookbooks for those with a sweet tooth. Divine recipes and the chocolate brownie will win you accolades for the best ever tasted. Mississippi Mud Pie is another show stopper. Loved the presentation of this fabulous book.
I am not an experienced baker but I managed to make delicious cupcakes with these easy to follow recipes. My favourite so far would be the strawberry cheesecake cupcakes. This cookbook is amazing. I would recommend this cookbook to anyone.
This book has delicious looking cakes and biscuits, but each time I made something something seemed to be off - eitehr ingredients wise or cooking time. Some of the recipes are very complicated. But beautiful looking pictures.
