If you wanted only one self inprovement book, this is the one. In life one is born equal but it is how one uses ones inner mental resources that makes you a successful person or a dismal failure. The fear of failure - the greatest inped iemant to personal growth - so strong a fear folk do not break the suction from the couch at venture forth. Worry - this book teaches you how to handle it - you realise that worry has not resolved a single problem for mankind in all recorded history yet people worry daily and go to bed, problems not solved or worked on. I thoughly recomend this book - it should be taught in Schools as the message is so important to everyone

I have picked this book up many, many times and re-read certain sections. "Live in daythight compartments" is on topic that caught my attention. Tomorrow will have worries there's no doubt about that - I need to get through today first. Worry adds nothing to our lives it only detracts from it. A great book to read that helps make life more enjoyable to read. Although wirtten many, mnay years ago, the principles still apply in this fast moving day and time.

We are living in the chaos we have and are creating even as I write this review. Tons of modcons and IT, our life has more worries than the old days. This book, written by Dale Carnegie is easy to read as if he is talking to you over a cup of coffee and it will give you helpful ways to get out of unnecessary worries and get on with the real life!
