Ok, so have you ever read one of the great classics (I'm think Tolstoy, Joyce, etc) and not really got why the book is so great? Yep, me too. This is the book you need. I know you know how to read (ie - literacy) but this teaches you 'how' to read. How to pick up the themes and motifs and literary threads. Read this then tackle Tolstoy again, this book will give you the skills to really appreciate great works of literature.
