Great book with so many helpful tips. Easy to read and easy to understand. I would recommend this book to anyone who is thinking of getting a puppy or has just got one.

What another great book from Cesar Millan. I have only recently acquired two little Cavoodles (King Charles Cavies crossed with a Poodle) and having dogs is very new to me. I am hoping that this book will give me insight on how to fit the puppies into my family. I also hope this book will provide me with how to change "bad" habits - like pulling on the lead and jumping jack doggies (a personal pet hate). Cesar Millan is an amazing man - he has analysied dog behaviour and has practical and workable approaches to work with your favourite best mate.

I love this book. As a new dog owner having a puppy and wondering what to do with it, this book guided me through an approach to be a calm and assertive leader. The energy and the environment in which to bring up a dog. It doesn't deal with specifics bout training, more though about how to establish yourself as the pack leader and to create a collaborative relationship with your dog, rather than an overpowering dominant one. I love it. Highly recommended.

Yet another really helpful book from Cesar - The Dog Whisperer. I have watched a lot of the TV episodes and read his other books so this one followed on really well. It covers everything you need to know from the day you first get your puppy. It was also really helpful as Cesar talks about teenage years which I haven't seen in any other place. Some of the anecdotes around this were very recognisable from my own Giant Schnauzer so it was good to read his explanations for these things.

Altogether another enjoyable book from Cesar.
