A really excellent guide to how to live in an ethical way regardless of whether you are religious, agnostic or an atheist. I love the way the Dalai lama communicates so simply and clearly about what can seem to be very complex issues. He refers to his own experiences in dealing with emotion about the situation in Tibet and how he meditates to overcome those feelings so he can move forward in his work. His personal stories of experiences in resolving conflict with friends, in letting go of past hurts really illustrated for me what Buddhism in practice every day means.
