I've been studying and making use of colour healing - sometimes but not always linked with crystal healing - for years, and as I've learnt to expect from Ted Andrews, as in all of his books, in this one he not only offers an excellent introduction to this subject but provides a wealth of valuable insights gained from his vast experience across many areas of healing. Like all his books, this one is succinctly and clearly written and is a delight to read. He includes chapters on the principles of colour healing, colour therapy for the chakras, how to determine the colours needed, projecting colours, healing with candles, links with the four worlds of the Qabala (on which he has written several excellent books) and making colour mandalas. Whether colour healing is already something you use regularly or simply something you are curious about, this book is a must-read book!
