Unlike many other fitness books, you can take this as your bible. Paul chek is a leader in the industry and this book is great for anyone who wants to be healthy and is sick of sifting through all the other crap that is out there. A must for personal trainers.

By far one of the best books on health, dieting, and fitness I have ever read. It puts all of those other diet books to shame and in the process consolidates a lot of disparate philosophies and viewpoints quite concisely. If you are serious about your health and longevity, this is the book for you!

We were told about Paul Chek by a first grade football player (member of our family) who has been following Paul Chek's advice for the past 4 yrs. So we bought the books to see what it was about. This is an easy to read, easy to understand book that gives you all the advice you need to get yourself healthy. I read it with The Metabolic Typing Diet as they both look at your metabolic type and how to put the right fuel into your body to improve and maintain your health.
This book goes a bit further into giving specific advice on what you should eat and how to read your body signals to learn how to get it right. It even offers some great exercise advice. I cannot praise these books enough. I have cured so many little ailments since following this advice, I have lost a few excess kilos and am having no difficulty maintaining the size that I am now. Prior to reading and applying this advice, I was constantly struggling to keep my weight down. If you really want to improve your health, give it a go.

This book is a must have for anybody genuinely looking for a complete means of being healthy. The book touches on many aspects of where we today go wrong however it is done from a holistic approach. Paul Chek is an absolute expert in the human body and how it functions. There are good exercises and stretch routines that can be performed by beginners right through to the advanced trainer. Nutrition questionnaires and guides touch on the concept of eating for your metabolic type which far exceeds most 'get healthy quick' books. Master this book and you will master your body.

Great information on eating the right thing for your body type. Lots of stretches and movement exercises (bit much for me) but will progressively work through them!
