This book is an absolute inspiration. It is a great work tool for horse owners wanting to work in a new way with their horses. It is also a lovely gift in that it has beautiful illustrations and inspirational words from Ponyboy and the First Nation People of America. The DVD that is included is an added bonus and backs up the the lessons that are included in the book with good practical demonstrations of the relationship work with your horse being implemented. Anyone buying this book will not be disappointed, be it a horse owner or someone interested in Native Americans and their relationships with horses. A five star book.

I attended a workshop with this fellow at Equitana a few years back and purchased the book. Fantastic. Explains the techniques the Native AMericans (I hope that is the PC term) used in managing their herds. Very practical and well written. A must for every horse owner, well worth the purchase price. Highly recommended.
