The absolute biggest downfall of this book is that all of the measurements are in imperial. Surely in this day and age, the metric equivalents could be listed also.
also - The bulk of this book is recipes (about 70% or so) which is great, but I felt that the instructional information is a bit light on, and could have been more in depth.
There are also a few biblical references in it also which I found offensive & unnecessary.
Overall I would say this is an 'ok' book, specifically targeted to a North American audience.

After purchasing this book I have been inspired to make cheese and I am totally convinced that this is the best way to go. The instructions and illustration are so helpful. I am so happy to have purchased this book and I am equally impressed with the promptness of delivery.

This is a step by step cheese making book - definitely good for starters (although written for USA). I have tried a few and they actually worked! I would recommend this book for those who are curious about cheese making and want to get started. It details a great range of cheeses too - not just cheddar.
