About the Author

Francesca King first started writing in late 2008 when she fell deeply in love with her soul mate, which she said possessed her to write from her heart, from her very soul with an intensity that even surprised her. The result of which is her first collection of short stories entitled 'Heart of an Amazon' which is soon to be followed by the release of her second book in the series, 'Soul of an Amazon'. She is currently working on the final in the trilogy due for release in 2011, and has plans for a lesbian novel. A passionate but immensely private person, Francesca King enjoys time spent with family and friends and has a love of the outdoors, particularly camping and fly fishing. Her great love and respect for women is reflected in the intensity and depth of her stories and the tasteful way in which she portrays the myriad of journeys that she takes her readers on. her greatest joy remains that of her writing and the pleasure it gives others. Francesca lives, laughs and loves in New Zealand.
