A must read! Having tried many sleep methods for my little one - Ferber, Baby Whisperer, controlled crying - this is the only one that worked and worked well. Not only is the author a pediatrician but he has four children of his own. He goes on to explain what stages (sleep wise) children go through at which age, right on up through the teenage years. This was so effective for my first child that I used it for my second as well. I recommend this book highly to all would-be mothers and have loaned it out on several occasions. My children are great sleepers thanks to Dr. Weissbluth!
