This is a wonderful overview of the Mediterranean Diet. The recipes are easy to follow and delcious. The overview of common ingredients is interesting reading. We have many family favourites that have come from this book. The sauces have become an essential part of our meals and make the simplest of ingredients stunning. Plenty of vegetarian recipes and entertaining ideas. Its a lovely journey of tastes and textures that will keep you Healthy and satisfy your tastebuds at the same time. Highly recommend.
