Faced with a perpetual mealtime battle with her baby Millie, Jennie Maizels discovered it wasn't that Millie did not want eat, she just didn't want to be spoon-fed by anyone else. Faced with this independence, Jennie Maizels was forced to dream up ideas for foods that Millie could hold, like a mini pizza or a rice ball, until she was able to feed herself, and life became simple again. But all babies go through a stage when finger-held foods are the best way to feed them. Jenny Maizels has come up with a beautifully illustrated book using a wide range of healthy ingredients, cooked and uncooked, hot and cold, savoury and sweet.

Simple recipes that work. Easy to replace ingredients when you have a baby with food allergies, intolerances and sensitivities. A must have for any mum who has a child who won't eat off a spoon or soft mushy foods.
This is a major item to help you organise a little something special for those fussy eaters. I particularly likes the many snack ideas that i could pack for travel. In addition the whole family liked the recipes. A really good book thats practical.
Really cool ! I wish I had this book with my first two kids.I love the Good things that are extra tips on how to store things,or try instead of.Some things are really simple-to a little more work, but easy.Try Chicken Nuggets,Meatballs or Chocolate-Dipped Fruit.
I give this book the thumbs up.
