i absolutly love the mediator series. i think that Meg Cabot has done herself justice with this one. people that have followed the series so far will be amazed with how much she has to go through and people that have just joined the series you will want to read the books before this one. this is also a great buy for a great book.

Full of mystery, suspense and excitement, not to mention romance, the "Mediator" books have something for everyone. In this particular book, number 5 in the series, Suze and Jesse (the hot ghost who haunts her bedroom) have finally kissed - but what happens next? Meanwhile, Suze's arch enemy, Paul, is moving in on her turf...and trying to kill Jesse (again)! Told with zest and humour, "Haunted" cleverly mixes the events of a normal teenage girl's life (which Suze wishes she had) and the unusual gift which lets this particular teenage girl see into the realms of the dead. If you like them light and funny, then this one's for you!

It's a very good book - but make sure you read the other four books first or it won't seem as exciting.
Things are awkward between Jesse and Suze because of the kissed they shared at the end of the fourth book. Suze thinks this is because he doesn't realy like her and the kiss was just an experiment. But Jesse just doesn't want to take advantage of her and doesn't really know what to do. Just when things start to get back to normal between Jesse and Suze and he begins to call her querida (dearest one/sweetheart) again he confeses the kiss to Father dom and ends up living in the rectory. Meanwhile, while all this is happening, the evil Paul has started going to suze's school, because of her. He tells her that he can teach hermany things she didn't know about her mediating skills, and Suze is intrigued. Will Jesse and Suze love beat all? or will Paul try to get rid of Jesse? will Suze fall for Paul? Find out in: Haunted.
