Harrell Fletcher's book represents an almost laughably economical
yet ultimately heartbreaking use of photography in which the artist
surreptitiously rephotographed each captioned photograph in Ho Chi
Minh City's War Remnants Museum to effectively create, both in the
form of a book and an exhibition, a bootlegged version of another
history.
