About the Author

Zoe Harcombe has been researching obesity, overeating, weight loss and dieting since she graduated from Cambridge University. As an accredited dietician who has personally suffered from anorexia and bulimia, Zoe knows how devastating food addiction and cravings can be. Her research led her to discover the Harcombe Diet, which she has been living, craving free and at her ideal weight (50 kilograms, BMI 20), for over 10 years. Zoe regularly writes for newspapers and magazines in the UK and can be heard on BBC Wales and Real Radio FM. Zoe is a member of MENSA.
