Top marks for making something that I can read and do
For someone like me with low self esteem this book is a life saver, I can now feel alive and hopeful again, being in control of my actions is the key to a successful life
I don't have to repeat the same mistakes again and again, the stories and voices my mind goes through are no longer a threat, I can find that my core values want to support my actions rather than any negative thoughts or feelings.
thanks to all the contributors to this book, I will use it again and again for the foreseeable future. I can be all of the person I want to be.

This is not your usual self help book, but a whole new way to think and and live. I wish I found it years ago.

Wow what a read! This is definitely a book to rewire your brain thought process in such a positive way. It sets out easy mental exercises for the reader in order to change the prospective on what thoughts they tell themselves about themselves. This book is great for those who suffer from depression or low self esteem issues. I heartily recommend this book. I also believe that in some community health centres run educational self-help courses that are a direct link to this book. Reviewed: Sept, 2009.

This is an excellent book that can help anyone who has angst in their life, whether it be stress, guilt, anxiety, self esteem issues or other thoughts and feelings that are having an negative impact on their wellbeing. It teaches quick and simple techniques to think about issues in a different way and to accept that while thoughts and feelings might not disappear you can learn to accept them in a way that empowers you to live a positive life.
