About the Author

Annie Falk learned to cook from the legendary chef Roger Vergu00e9 at Le Moulin de Mougins in Provence. The author of Palm Beach Entertaining, she resides in Palm Beach and New York.
Eric Ripert is the chef and co-owner of the celebrated restaurant Le Bernardin in New York City. A Hamptons regular, he is the author of four cookbooks and host of the award-winning PBS series Avec Eric.
