An enjoyable telling of the tragedy of Hamlet. It is the same story as the traditional Hamlet but written in plain, readable English that all readers can understand and is well illustrated. I read this as a companion to the Shakespeare original rather than a replacement. As a draw back, it obviously lacks the beautiful language of Shakespeare.
