i found this book to be very entertaining it took a couple days to read but was worth it in every way possible.it is adventurous and sad at the same time, and the storyline is just great. i recommend this to anyone that loves a good read ages 12+ would be suitable in reading this awesome novel

are you a bit of a cynic when it comes to pill popping for any and every thing, or you'd rather try something natural first before using the chemical loaded product?This book has lots of recipes for using plants in your garden and spices from your pantry. Things like cinnamon, marigolds can be used to improve health. Of course, for extreme ill health get medical attention. I purchased this book years ago and still use it. Griggs is an english herbalist, so you won't find nz plantlife mentioned. But in nz we do have borage, thyme, ginger either in the garden/gardenshops or in the kitchen cupboard.
