About the Author
John Hopkins, golf correspondent for The Times newspaper has covered golf for both The Sunday Times and The Times for the past 25 years. He has attended more than 100 of the four annual major championships, 14 Ryder Cups, 12 Walker Cups and 10 Solheim and Curtis Cups. Though Welsh born, John spends much of his time travelling the world reporting on golf events.
