I realy enjoyed this book, i think even a little more
than the first book, Vampire Academy, I can't wait to read
Shadow kiss which is the third book in the series.

If you are into vampires, or anything of the supernatural sort
i'm pretty sure that you will like this series. It has everything from romance, action
suspence and thrills.

Ive just finished reading this series and i wish there were more. I loved it so much, i read the whole series within a week. 5 out of 5 for the vampire academy series.

The Vampire Academy series is great. It's nothing like Twilight and I really enjoyed the first book. Once I read this book I realised that it was my favourite because the storyline is great, and I really enjoyed reading it. I read it in 2 days because it was such an amazing book. (:

If you like teenage angst, romance and fantasy (vampires) then you are going to enjoy this book. It will take you on a ride with romanatic interludes, thrills, suspense and action.

In this second instalment of Vampire Academy series, we follow Rose as she grows and matures. She learns that sometimes you have to let the ones you love go, that you have to do what is best for them, no matter what pain it may cause you. She also learns that you cannot save everyone.

I really enjoyed this series. I found the books very well written and they were a very easy read. I found the characters and story line very entertaining. Following on from the first book Rose Hathaway can at times be slightly frusterating but when you read the whole series she really is an enjoyable character. I recommend this series for anyone who enjoyed The Twilight Series or Vampire Diaries. I would rate the in between those two. It wasn't as good as Twilight but was better than Vampire Diaries. I look forward to book 5 in the new year.

Frostbite is a great follow on from Vampire Academy and Richelle Mead has been very consistent with her charaters and storyline. A couple of the storylines were a little unanswered but hopefully these will be answered in the 3rd book. But still a great read and I would recommend to anyone.

Fan-frakin-tastic!!! Loved the whole series. I only wish it was labeled somehowe as unfortunatelly for me I have read the fourth book first and then knew the ending way too soon!!! Great read though. Can't wait till may for the fith book to come out to see where Rose Hathaway goes now!!!

Love the series. As an adult who enjoys teen books as well as adult, I found this to be engaging enough to keep me interested.

I think young teen girls will enjoy this book. It's along similar lines to the Harry Potter series in that the main character is a dhampir (guardian of moroi (good vampires) who attends an acadamy for vampires and their guardians. She is always getting into trouble and has a steaming crush on her tutor.

Interesting aspects including special powers and magic make for an interesting and eventful story.

Well worth the read.

The books are a series but you can read them as a one of or in any order as the stage is well set at the beginning of each book to bring you up to speed.

I loved Frostbite. It was really engaging and I couldn't put it down. Sure all these vampire romance books are Twilight rip offs, but I really enjoyed it! I would highly reccomend it for any Twilight fan.

If you are thinking about reading the book i would definately recommend! Yes, they are a typical vampire romance but the plot is more than enough to keep you reading. They are a great read. I thought i would give the first book a try since it had fairly good reviews and purchased the next two straight afterwards. I enjoyed the third book "Shadow Kiss" most of all.
