Love this book! It is full of great recipes that are easy to put together, although many of them embrace the slow-cooking method (steer clear if you are looking for a quick slap-up dinner recipe!). There are many great flavours to satisfy diverse tastebuds and inspire the cook in you to try some of the more unusual flavour combinations. Particularly recommend the lamb shank and prune tagine - delicious! Meatballs with herbs and lemon also a winner.
