This is the most fantastic book, and a definite must have if you are going to own one Greek Cook book. This has recipes from not only a variety of Greek regions (crete, macedonia etc) but also includes Cypriot recipes. They are very authentic recipes as vouched for from my Greek mother and many recipes are not found in my other Greek cook books. I have read other reviews that the blue font inside the book is hard to read, but I did not find that, and it added to the Greek island feel. A definite must have and very recommended!
