this is a very easy to read and understand book. it is matter of fact, interesting and inspiring. The recipes all look fantastic and healthy. The testimonies are of the authors are good to read as background and help to glean an insight as to why they do this. I have bought a number of this book over the years to give to people - ironically all from op shops! as I think that it is a good 'first stop' kind of book to have in the shelf. You don't have to follow this as a diet book - and in fact this in not what it was originally intended as anyway, but rather a 'way of life'... The information enclosed is very useful and helpful and something that we can refer back to at any time.
