Good luck trying to buy one of these gift vouchers. Fishpond has the worst customer service I've ever experienced and I now find out I'm not alone. Check out the online reviews for this company before you buy anything from this website. I made a simple order of gift certificates for my niece and paid for expedited shipping. One week later they still hadn't arrived. Responses to emails to customer service are incredibly slow (they don't provide a phone number - that should've given me a clue!) Fishpond eventually gave several conflicting reasons why my niece didn't receive the gift certificates and at the end of the day I am out of pocket as they didn't credit me what I was originally charged. I suspect they didn't refund my expedited shipping cost - for an item that they didn't ship! Do yourself a favor and check out the online reviews for Fishpond before placing an order...
Makes a good gift for a great site, but don't be fooled by the "fast shipping from our warehouse" or the 24hr selection tool they apparently use for these vouchers, I've gotten a few vouchers and they take more then a week to arrive so get a bit in advance.
Surprised there is there no automatic acknowledgement of order placement for $100 vouchers especially having passed credit card details!!! This is surely the first "tracking" information that customers should receive or be able to look up. A bad start. Maybe you can do something about it so the rating can be improved.

The options are endless Although this is definitely not a cheap present for those who can afford to give gifts as expensive as this well then I would recommend it because even though I have not bought this voucher I can tell you know the range is great here at fishpond there is nothing inappropriate here so you don't have to worry about where your money is going either! But As I said this present would only be for those who can afford it! 3.5/5
