Good quality printing, excellent photos in greyscale for tonal value.
This book shows a large variety of different poses depicting the body in motion.
My only quarrel is that the book favors the female body, with only a few small pages dedicated to the male body.
It may be because of the female body used in classical works, however that was the only downside of the book.
