These cards are stunning. The artwork is beautifully detailed and an absolute pleasure to look at and work with. We see so many fantastical beings in these cards, from unicorns, flying cats, elves and what-have-you. Wonderful for intuitive readings. It is important to note that in this deck, Swords represent the fire element, and Wands air, rather than the more usual, opposite way around. For this reason I wouldn't recommend it to a brand-new beginner learning from other books as it may become very confusing to start off with.
These are wonderful cards to work with and great for a beginner tarot user as they come with two cards that give breif insight into each of the cards and an A3 sheet that is a double sided printed poster of several layouts.
