It took exactly a month for the book to arrive and I was full of anticipation. This book is definitely not for the New-Zealander baker as most recipes are only appreciated by the Southern crowd. The ratio of pictures to recipes is 2-7, so most recipes you wouldn't even know how the desserts supposed to look like. The butter measurements are in 'sticks' not in grams, so conversion is needed. Overall, OK book - if I had the change to preview this book, I probably would not make the purchase.
