This is a BEAUTIFUL book to start with, very impressive (I recommend the HC version) with beautiful images. The recipes, I have cooked so far, are all delicious and are more authentic than a lot, though this is in part due to the fact that this is a book that teaches you authentic not quick genuine-ish recipes (which of course have there place we don't all have hours to cook). to make the most of this book you need time its all easy but time consuming. The recipes are based on the food of her heritage so Greek, Finnish, Cypriot, South African, and Italian.
