These are known as Red Murphy and Blue murphy in ESL teaching because we sue them SOOOO often bot hto help students and to improve our own knowledge of grammar. Information is organised into Units, which is listed in the contents page under a grammar point, like Present Perfect 1 Have you ever? so very easy for teachers and sutdents to navigate. Each unit is divided into A page of explanation and examples and a page of exercises.
Very easy to follow explanations. Comprehensive information. The one drawback is most ofthe exercises use spoken english contexts rather than written so not as useful for teaching Academic English uses of grammar (eg the passive).
