About the Author

Rebeca García Nieto is a Spanish writer from Madrid. Her first novel Historia de una mirada (Story of a gaze) was shortlisted for the Premio Ateneo Ciudad de Valladolid. Her second novel, Eric was shortlisted for the Premio Azorín de Novela 2012 and the Premio Herralde de Novela 2013. Her articles on famous writers have been published in Spanish and international magazines. She is a contributor of the Spanish magazines Quimera, Buensalvaje España, Culturamas and the blog Estado Crítico.
