This book is essential reading for those who are considering entering the property market! Neil Jenman shines like a beacon of honesty amongst the generally dishonest real estate people we unfortunately encounter on a regular basis. We found this book was very helpful
When we first purchased a house as there are so many little things you just don't know about buying a property. Read it and it will make Avery stressful time of life that bit easier. Especially recommended is the chapter on safe negotiating.

It is a very well written book about one subject, that is "Don't Sign Anything" until you are 100% sure that everything is ok to go ahead. Easier said than done. Do you read every small printings when you buy a property? let alone a samll TV for hire purchase? I don't think so, I know I don't. This book is a long one with full of stories and it is well worth read!
