This is a super must for anyone training animals or partners. Give plenty of super examples and is written in a way that you make a decision as to wich training method is the best for your situation.

Anything by karen Pryor is great by me. this book shows how to deal with anything in life by looking at non confrontational methods. I used it as the basis for my non-violent dog training. Makes you want to get a clicker and get training. an excellent book. Buy clicker training basics as well if you're training a dog (or Husband)
