This book is ok, as in it has ingredient list that seem to tell you that products are the same, but I have to say, I don't agree with a lot of what she had to say (plus, she plugged her own line of products, so it can't really be taken seriously, in my opinion. I did not get the same results with some of the products she recommended as with what I was using before, and while she may be right about some things, I think in the end, you should just use what works for you. I mean ingredient lists can be the same but where does it say anything about the quality of the indgredients for each product? I found her to be a bit egotistical, and anti big brand cosmetic.
