The thirty-eight Bach Flower Remedies are made from non-poisonous wild flowers and offer a simple means to establish inner harmony. This book is an essential dictionary listing the positive and negative qualities associated with each remedy. Whereas a person categorised by the positive aspect would have little need for the remedy in question, those who share the qualities listed under the negative aspect would benefit from taking it. There is also a separate section on the uses and benefits of Rescue Remedy.

The Dictionary of Bach Flowers is a handy book for anyone who wants to treat their animals or their human loved ones for ailments and emotional issues. It provides detailed listings of each Bach flower remedy and extra detail about how to make the remedies up yourself. Have used many of them and found great results, especially in animals, as they have no preconceived ideas. A good book for the bookshelf for any animal lover
