"Diversity is a topic that affects us all, but it's also one that
is complex and often misunderstood...; Demystifying
Diversity broaches the subject at a very human level,
providing background and theory before going on to consider what
that may mean for you and me. The authors have considered the needs
of everyday people, particularly those who have to manage others or
run successful organisations, bringing greater understanding and
increased con dence to a topic that can often confuse."
