About the Author

Phil Berwick is Director of National Tax Investigations at Tenon, accountants and business advisors. A former inspector of taxes, Phil has extensive experience of HM Revenue and Customs' investigations, from local district to Special Civil Investigations. He also writes and lectures on tax investigation issues.
