A excellent read. You will love this book. Christine Feehans fans will really this series and the Dark Fire will not dissappoint.

Another captivating vampire romance story from Ms. Feehan that adds to my ongoing collection of her books. The story centers on Darius, the brother of Gregori (Dark Magic) and Desari (Dark Challenge).
Within the first 20 pages, I was hooked. Darius meets his newly hired mechanic, Rusti Trine, upon rising after the Dark Troubadours show.

I love the female - Tempest Trine - in this novel. A little more sassy. Stands up to the Carpathian male Darius, yet at the same time vulnerable. Tempest gets a job as a mechanic with a band of travelling singers, all made up of Carpathian members, and falls for Darius, the security officer. A few more characters in this novel breaks the mould (slightly). Enjoyable read.
