This is a great bedtime tool for helping children go to sleep. It has a cute story that shows George getting ready for bed and the routine that he goes through. Young children can see the steps he takes before heading off to bed and relate them back to their own routine. There is a tab on each page and every page ends with "are you sleepy yet?", until the final page where George is sleeping.
