Good small and informative guide on starting a freelance artistic career. The text is designed to assist visual arts disciplines, primarily graphic designers, photographers, animators and artists or creative types who can truly work independently from anywhere. I found the first few chapters quite helpful in designing my business image/identity and the basis for my business plan, but the text then focusses on working with clients and established contractors and how to handle the relationships assocciated with business.
The short interviews with industry professionals were informative and insightful, which helped to liven the text.
