This book is simple and easy to follow recipes.
I have made some great pastry with coconut flour and the instructions explain things clearly. It has a lot of great basic foods like bread, muffins etc that will come out yummy and much healthier than wheat products.
This book will open your eyes to the value of coconut flour. It is a marvellous book with loads of information and heaps of great recipes. If you need to eat gluten free or soy free, this is well worth purchasing. The bread recipe tastes just like french toast and the cupcakes are so good you won't even miss gluten.
Plus there are good explanations of how to work with coconut flour so that after a while you will feel confidant enough to experiment. Great book and one that you will use over and over again.
